Engine Oil

Hi,
What would the recomended engine oil be for a 150bhp V5 10 valve engine,the car was manufactured in 2000? Semi synthetic or synthetic.

I use castrol edge 10w30 :D

In our climate the recomended oil is 10/40 semi synth :wink:
