T in the Park is a major music festival that has been held annually in Scotland since 1994. It is named after its main sponsor, the brewing company Tennents.

T in the Park is roughly twinned with the Oxegen festival held each year on Punchestown Racecourse in Ireland, although in 2007 T in the Park was a day longer. Many bands who play at Oxygen on the Saturday often play T in the Park on the Sunday and Vice Versa.

The first T in the Park of a new decade will be truly huge and we’re already busy behind the scenes booking a phenomenal line-up and making plans for an incredible experience for the 85,000 people per day who will inject the heart and soul into the festival from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th July 2010.

Campsite:

The campsite opens on Thursday 9th July which means you can take advantage of an extra day of festival fun with a Thursday Camping ticket, which includes entertainment including the campsite cinema screen, and the fairground.

There are expected to once again be coaches running to the festival from direct routes from the following 32 locations across Scotland: Aberdeen, Alloa, Airdrie, Aviemore, Ayr, Armadale, Bathgate, Blackburn, Broxburn, Cowdenbeath, Cupar, Dundee, Dunfermline, East Kilbride, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Glenrothes, Greenock, Hamilton, Inverness, Kelty, Kilmarnock, Kirkcaldy, Livingston, Motherwell, Paisley, Perth, Pitlochry, St Andrews, Stirling and Whitburn.
