Endorse it in Dorset Festival

Submitted by Martin on May 6, 2009 – 1:56 pmNo Comment

Friday 6th – Sunday8th AUGUST 2010

Quality Assured
Endorse it in Dorset prides itself on being a genuine alternative to other music festivals in the area, and with no sign of a corporate sponsor. This year, whilst other festivals have had to put prices up, they have actually brought theirs down to give as many people a chance to enjoy a quality festival this year, and still with more bands than you could possibly see over three days. Visitors can expect off-center music including ska, punk, dub, reggae and bluegrass from a host of top quality festival acts. If that’s not enough, there’s also a comedy tent and, for the little ones, a dedicated children’s entertainment area. With just a reduced 2500 tickets available Endorse it in Dorset will continue to be an intimate affair.

Probably the Best Festival in Dorset
What visitors say they love about the Endorse it in Dorset festival:
· Three days of live music from Friday to Sunday, plus bars and DJs until the small hours
· Three stages filled with a diverse range of top quality acts
· ‘Old school’ relaxed festival atmosphere
· Excellent Camping facilities set in beautiful Dorset countryside
· Family-friendly with dedicated children’s entertainment, play area & family Camping field
· Beer tents with proper ales and scrumpy cider
· Punk karaoke – sing on stage with a live band
· Comedy stage
· The Endorse it in Dorset institution that is Ladies’ Day

Line Up
Expect a full on line up for 2010, currently still in the planning stages. We have announced one headliner and that is The Damned, for the rest if it you’ll have to wait a little bit longer.

Endorse it has four stages, the Main Stage, the Wildcat Stage, the Wigon Casino and the Comedy Stage.

Acts Confirmed so far include:

THE DAMNED : Pauline Black (from The Selector) : Credit to the Nation : Subhumans : The Vile Evils (Ex PWEI) : Pronghorn : Subgiant : Rhythm-ites : Spunge : Who’s Afear’d : The Boot Hill All Stars : Vice Squad : N.U.M.B : Surfin Turnips : Subhumans
