Human leage confirmed for Evolution Festival

evolutionThe Human League is the final band to be announced in the line-up for this year’s Newcastle/Gateshead Evolution festival, already confirmed are The Wombats, White Lies and Dizzee Rascal. The Evolution festival takes place on the Bank Holiday weekend on Sunday 24th and Monday 25th May and is now in its 5th year.
Weekender tickets for the event have now sold out, but day tickets are available for £9.50 (plus a booking fee).

Festival director Jim Mawdsley said: “The Human League are a major coup for us and remain hugely relevant to today’s music scene. “Many of the acts playing Evolution this year have been influenced by them and are proud to share the same stage.”
