Submitted by Martin on February 16, 2009 – 12:39 pmNo Comment

The Super Furry Animals have confirmed they will headline Wychwood Festival’s main stage on Friday 29 May 2009, joining a weekend line-up that also features fellow 90¹s indie-stars Supergrass on the Saturday.

Set for a triumphant return in 2009 is Colin Murray-approved local folk heroes Stornoway who opened last year¹s main stage line-up. Wychwood Music Festival will once again take place at the luscious Cheltenham Racecourse from Friday 29 May to Sunday 31 May 2009.

Making his debut at this year¹s Wychwood Festival is BBC 6Music deejay and BBC Introducing ambassador Tom Robinson curating his very first Fresh On The Net Sessions.  New additions to Tom¹s eclectic hand picked line-up include are MonMon, Mr B The Gentlemen Rhymer, Miners Club, and The October Game.

Adult weekend tickets are priced at £110 and can be purchased from the festival box office on 01993 772580, Ticketmaster.co.uk on 0844 847 1681, WeGottickets.com or Seetickets.com.  Also available are adult day tickets
starting at £35.
