Get your festival ticket for less in the Credit Crunch

Submitted by Martin on January 12, 2009 – 8:48 pmNo Comment

The credit crunch is getting people down so why not plan ahead and save money on your festival tickets. Be an early bird and get cheaper tickets!

Though early bird tickets for T in the Park and the Secret Garden Party and Latitude are all gone there are still some bargains to be had…some real recession busting deals.

Bloom Festival is advertising 500 early bird tickets to be had for £50 + £5 P&P. Take two mates to this festival or just yourself to Glastonbury. Tough choice, isn’t it?

Lovebox Weekender – £59 for the Super Early Bird Weekend Ticket. Get out there and and see why Lovebox was awarded Best Medium Sized Festival at the UK Festival Awards.

Beachdown Festival is offering 1000 early bird tickets at 2008 prices! Though some of these have certainly already been sold, the first 500 tickets purchased get their choice of a free gift. Why not make a date for 28th to 31st August – a fitting farewell to summer.

The Camp Bestival Early Bird Ticket offer has finished but they are still running a deposit scheme where you can pay £50 now to hold your ticket and pay the balance by Valentines Day. www.campbestival.net

The Glade festival has a few options for the cash challenged, including student tickets and a deposit scheme that requires you pay the balance in March. https://www.gtickets.co.uk/glade-festival-2009/

Don’t let a recession cramp your festival style. Work out a budget and get booking!
